Premium Cancellation Period (Premium)

What is the cancellation period for Premium?

Premium is a membership that renews annually. You can cancel it if you want it to end after the current period.

When do I need this information?

This guide is for you if you want to know by when you need to cancel Premium.

How to proceed

1. Open your control center in the Photoclub.
2. Go to the Orders section.
3. Click on "Details" next to your Premium order.
4. Check the expiration date and cancellation details there.
5. Cancel at least 30 days before the expiration date if you do not want Premium to renew.

What happens next?

If the cancellation is saved on time, Premium will end on the displayed expiration date. Until then, you can continue to use Premium.

If it doesn’t work

If you can’t find the expiration date, open the order again via "Details". Also, make sure you are looking at the correct Premium order.
