How do I delete my account?

You can initiate the deletion of your account through the control center. Please make sure to check if you want to remove any photos or other content beforehand.

When do I need this information?

You will need this help if you no longer want to use Photoclub permanently.

How to proceed

1. Open your control center.
2. Go to "Delete Account".
3. Carefully read the deletion instructions.
4. Remove any content you no longer want to display publicly beforehand.
5. Confirm the deletion only if you are sure.

What happens next?

After deletion, you will no longer be able to use the account as usual. Published content will not be automatically removed.

If it doesn’t work

If there is an outstanding invoice or an active premium membership, the deletion may be blocked. In that case, please settle the invoice or cancel the premium membership first.
