Premium Activation (Premium)

When is Premium activated?

The activation depends on the payment method you chose when booking. PayPal usually processes faster than a bank transfer.

 

When do you need this information?

This guide is for you if you have booked and paid for Premium but still see an outstanding invoice.

 

How to proceed

  1. Open your control center.
  2. Go to the Orders section.
  3. Click on "Details" next to your Premium order.
  4. Check if there is still an outstanding invoice displayed.
  5. If you have just made a bank transfer, please wait for the bank processing time.

 

What happens next?

With PayPal, Premium is usually activated after the payment is confirmed. For bank transfers, activation happens after the payment is received and matched.

 

If it doesn’t work

A bank transfer often takes 1 to 3 business days. It’s important to use the correct payment reference so the payment can be matched. If you have paid and still see an outstanding invoice after a few business days, use the "Already paid?" option on your order.
