What does my loyalty price mean?

The loyalty price is your personal premium price when it is displayed during your order.

When do I need this information?

You need this help if you see the note "Loyalty Price" in your order.

How to proceed

1. Open your control center.
2. Go to the Orders section.
3. Click on "Details" for your premium order.
4. Check the displayed price and the note "Loyalty Price".
5. Read the notice in the cancellation window before cancelling.

What happens next?

If you keep Premium, the displayed loyalty price will remain for this current order.

If it doesn’t work

If you cancel, this price cannot be reactivated later. Therefore, check before cancelling if you want to keep the loyalty price.
