A support ticket is not a chat or a single message. It is a complete process for one specific issue. All responses, information, and attachments related to that issue stay together.
Create a separate ticket for each new issue. For example, a question about an invoice belongs in a different ticket than a question about using the Photoclub. This keeps each topic clear and organized.
Do you have a screenshot, an error message, or new information about your existing issue? Simply reply within the existing ticket. This way, no one has to gather information from multiple cases.
If it’s a completely different issue, please create a new ticket. Do not use an older or already closed ticket for this.
If you have already created a ticket, please wait for the response within that case. Additional tickets or emails on the same topic do not speed up the process. They spread information across multiple cases.
A specific subject like “Invoice for Premium Membership Missing” helps to immediately classify your issue. Also, choose the contact person that fits your concern, for example, Technical Support, Accounting, Administration, or Stefan Private Contact.
Note: One ticket = one issue. Everything related to the same topic stays together in one case.
