In the Photoclub, every concern has its proper place. This way, you get the right help faster, avoid detours, and ensure your request goes directly to the people who can assist you.
Technical issues can only be fixed by the programmer. Please report them via Actions → Report Issue. Only there will your report reach the responsible technical team directly.
Please do not post technical error reports in the timeline, comments, or forum. Members can see the issue there but cannot fix it.
For concerns directed at the team, use a support ticket. There you can choose the appropriate contact person. Your message, all replies, and any attachments remain together in a clear, traceable process.
Photoclub sends automatic emails, for example, for likes, comments, invoices, or replies in a support ticket. These emails inform you about an event. However, the sender address is not a personal contact. Instead, open the relevant section in Photoclub to respond.
Private messages are intended for personal conversations between members. Using a support ticket keeps a concern traceable with its history and processing status and ensures it reaches the right person directly.
Remember: Every concern has its proper place—where it reaches the right person.
